Coordinated Access

A single point of access to connect individuals experiencing homelessness to the right services and supports

Coordinated Access Overview

Coordinated Access is a system-wide approach to managing homelessness that ensures individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness are directed to the right services as quickly as possible.

By coordinating housing and support services through a unified process, we reduce the burden on individuals and improve the efficiency of our community’s response to homelessness.
