Helping individuals build the skills, confidence, experience, and resources needed to succeed in today’s workforce.
About Employment Assistance
Employment Assistance helps individuals build the skills, confidence, and support needed to enter or re-enter the workforce. Through individualized assessments and ongoing guidance, participants work to overcome barriers that may impact employment and long-term stability.
Together with program staff, participants develop a personalized Return to Work Action Plan (RTWAP) that identifies goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth. The program provides practical support designed to prepare individuals for meaningful employment and greater independence.
