Wrap Around Housing
First
The WrapAround Program provides housing stability through a self directed case plan. The process helps the individual and/or family build on their strengths while connecting them with their community through available resources. Our goal is to create a stronger community through housing maintenance education and support.

Employment
Assistance
The Employment Assistance Services is designed to address the employment and/or pre-employment needs of the individuals who are at risk of or have been involved in the criminal justice system.

Reaching Home
The Reaching Home program, funded by the Government of Canada provides matched funding for activities to prevent and reduce homelessness across Prince Edward Island.
