Youth Housing Program
The Youth Housing Program supports young people in finding stability, building independence, and creating a future with stronger foundations. More than just housing, the program offers guidance, skills, and connections that help youth move from crisis toward long-term stability
The Youth Housing Program is designed to give young people the chance to move forward with stability and purpose. Many youth face complex barriers that make finding and maintaining safe housing difficult, and this program recognizes that housing is only one piece of the puzzle. The program combines individualized support with opportunities for growth, helping participants build the skills and confidence they need to move toward independence.
Services Provided
By combining landlord engagement, regular assessments, and wraparound services, the program aims to create a clear and sustainable pathway to safe & stable housing. Services include:
- Case management & skill building
- Assessment and treatment planning
- Advocacy and referrals
- Dedicated youth housing supports
Eligibility Requirment
Trained staff will help guide youth ages 16-24
How to apply to the Youth Housing Program
We accept self-referrals, referrals from family members, friends, academic, medical or social supports, and community support workers.
- Complete the program referral form and submit it to the Youth Housing Program, which may be done in person, by fax, via mail, or by email.
- If eligible, an assessment interview is arranged. The youth will have the opportunity to obtain more information about the program.
