Why should I Donate?

The John Howard Society of P.E.I. is an organization or people dedicated to creating opportunities for traditionally under represented individuals who are experiencing problems in our communities i.e. those in crises, those who struggle with chemical dependency or the ability to appropriately problem solve. In recent years more and more emphasis is being placed on programs that meet the needs of young people who are felt to be at risk of becoming involved in the Criminal Justice System.

Through ongoing support from all levels of government and the United Way the John Howard Society has been able to offer programs and assistance that has had a positively affected the lives of many of our clients during our years of service. These programs and services offered by the Society have only been made possible by prudent financial management on the part of the Society. Your generous financial support affords the Society the ability to enhance and expand these programs and services.

An official tax receipt for donations will be supplied upon request .
