Reaching Home is a Government of Canada program that provides matched funding for projects and initiatives that prevent and reduce homelessness across Prince Edward Island.

As the Community Entity for PEI, the John Howard Society coordinates funding, program administration, and community partnerships that support housing stability, prevention efforts, and long-term community solutions.

Reaching Home supports the goals of Canada’s National Housing Strategy and works toward reducing chronic homelessness through local collaboration and targeted investments.
